The antidepressants Mirtazapine, Amitriptyline, Doxepin, and Trazodone are some ADs that can help with sleep. Pregabalin (Lyrica), Buspirone (Buspar), Gabapentin, and Hydroxyzine are some other meds used for anxiety. Be careful with benzos or z drugs.
