Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
My ears were really beginning to burn and sting with the softest of sounds. I am sensitive to sounds. No question a bit of N. The N or H can make T seem like nothing. Good news is that my T is blasting like never before but I can sleep. I miss going out with friends and family.
@4Grace my left has been getting hot inside lately. I am so sorry you're dealing with H. My H is very mild compared to many here, but my T is 7/10 at least.
@SarahMLFlemmer - hello - sorry to hear too. my T is at least a 9. Honest to God. It bothers me but not as much as what I can no longer do. It's reactive. Worried that h will get worse too. My T Is blasting but it bothers me less. So if your constant with T I'm confident you can get use to it. It's the darn pain and reactivity and getting worse that bothers me now.
@SarahMLFlemmer - I have said F it so many times. Trying to live 1/2 a life. I'm worried as to how true it is that I should be staying in before it gets impossible. Feel like I'm going to keep doing until it's so bad I can no longer continue. My anxiety is down 80 percent I honestly don't know why. I am alone most of the time now. I was always super social.
@SarahMLFlemmer - sorry as always for the rant. People don't give a shit to keep it down a little. My family is upset. I feel sorry for them too but what can I do. This condition is invisible. Anyon who is non reactive - constant steady T no H no N they will be okay. Locking up in a room is a no can do for me.
@4Grace that sounds awful. I deal with the pressure, awful ringing, jaw pain, ear pain, migraines now. I don't have to hide out though, so that sounds so isolating. =(
