@MadeleineHope thanks for the comment!! DNRS unfortunately hasn't been the turning point I'd hoped for. That being said, I never committed to the practice as much as the program suggests, and haven't really utilized it at all in the last couple months. My partner was just encouraging me to give it another shot actually.
@MadeleineHope This has been my most challenging stretch with hyperacusis yet - whereas in the past I could feel progress (even over the course of weeks or months) - this time I have felt almost no improvement since my setback in November. Desperately looking for hope again as I approach the 2 year anniversary of my original acoustic trauma.
