Hi @Andrew40 , unfortunately I am progressively getting worse. But don't let this bring you down. I am just one of the worst cases out there. Good thing is people like me are not that many. My tinnitus is super reactive and spikes when I simply scratch my head or take a breath. It has 20+ tones.
