Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
I bought the lifetime subscription of Calm over 2 years ago because of a special deal at the time. That was shortly before my tinnitus worsened suddenly. Mostly I just used the bedtime stories to try to sleep, but they were not very effective.

It would be best if you used sleep meditation. I don't listen to the stories. They don't work for me. Only meditation and daily meditations at night multiple times. It has reduced my tinnitus. The breathing exercises are enormous. You have to commit to it.
It reduced your tinnitus? How about reducing anxiety and helping you sleep? I never did the meditations much - always meant to try more. Now I'm dealing with stomach pain issues which are even worse than the tinnitus and anxiety at times. Combined, it's really debilitating at time.
