@MatthewR As far as the hearing loss, I do not have any optimism that I will see any improvements. I got on steroids asap within a couple days of my acoustic trauma and did not see any improvement from the aggressive 2 weeks dose.

Therefore, I also am not very optimistic that my tinnitus will improve. All I can do is hope I learn to accept it better, hope it does not get any worse, and maybe there will be some treatment one day.
