Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
@MatthewR I had a rope around my neck March/April of last year. I protected religiously with earmuffs. I think that's the reason why my tinnitus isn't panic tier anymore. I still get spikes very easily though
You have to give your ears a chance. You regained 25 dB of hearing loss without prednisone (I didn't even know that was possible), so maybe they'll heal up a bit more. But excessive noise could prevent any more potential healing from happening. However, even if no more healing happens, you don't want to make it worse. Preserve what you still have.
I want to upload my audio grams here but don't know how. Yeah it's a 30dB loss in high frequencies in left ear. ENT said it's not bad and I don't need hearing aids.. maybe this is a mental thing for me? I can hear but it's not the way I want I guess
