Sorry to read these things.. i feel quite the same way... things i remind myself.. trying to go easy, going for walks into nature.. give yourself plenty of rest, healthy lifestyle, distractions, breathing, going day by day..

I took 1 week Sertraline then took Lexapro 10 mg for 7 weeks. It might have caused an increase in a particular chirping tone but worse is the stomach discomfort/pain it gave me. I weaned off over 2 weeks by the end of November and still have stomach discomfort over 3 1/2 months later. And to top it off, Lexapro never helped my anxiety.
