@Varda not likely. I doubt the spirit/soul has biological issues. That being said. If we end up reincarnated/resurrected I hope I've learned a valuable lesson here.

I've listened to most of his videos and it didn't help jack shiz tbh.. my only strategy is (i've repeated so much here.. but anyways).. healthy natural living, plenty of rest, distractions, positive inspiration, hope for a better tomorrow and day by day

I wrote "most" not "all". I totally believe some people improved or even got rid of T after a longer time than a year.
