Don't miss the opportunity to attend Tinnitus Quest's online Q&A with Dr. Susan Shore and Jon Pearson, CEO of Auricle on October 13. We will hear the latest about the Susan Shore Device.
Gd to hear. Yeah T is a ****! The last couple of weeks, I took some meds for my diabetes that caused more pain, and did some gardening in double pro! Not my smartest idea.
@Utdmad89 are you having to double protect all the time at the minute? Really sucks that taking meds can exacerbate things. I miss pain-relief a lot; migraines are now more annoying than the T, but I dread taking them in case they worsen it.
@Joshua Macleod not all the time, when everyone is on bed and I sit in silence it's okish. It's. Crazy as diabetes going unmanaged will literally kill me slowly and painfully. I miss pain killers so much. Man I miss caffeine and weed lol. Yeah T is a tricky bitch. But Nox has me in a freeze hold. The migraines are awful, I use 4head it seems to help abit.
@Joshua Macleod not since coming of the 2nd meds. I'm going to try Clomipramine to hopefully heal my ears form the N/H then address the diabetes. I'm finding it all too much.
@Utdmad89 I've definitelty heard good things about clomipramine so my fingers are crossed for you. It really is too much, but I admire your resilience (even if you don't feel particularly resilient).
The reduction in H and N made T so much more manageable for me. I still hate it, but it's just miles easier to handle.
How are you? When would you say your H/N started worsening?
