Requires a very knowledgeable audiologist familiar w/ reactive T/H to program them appropriately that will not worsen you. Can be helpful for hearing-loss and NON-reactive T. They may, can worsen the symptoms.

I have had good experience with my Signia Styletto 5X. I don't think I could function without them. Disclaimer is that I don't have hearing loss, I'm not using the amplification features, only the tinnitus masking features. It doesn't really mask my T, it turns the volume of it down IMO.
