My ears do not hurt in silence. But, sharp noises like cracking noise by closing or opening of doors and even my own voice if I talk without ear plugs hurt my ears..It is mainly loudness H but Pain H seems like it's always nearby and I am managing to keep it at bay by being in silence

Read Marin's post on TT. She did DNRS which helped her ear pain

I've read Marin's post and am trying to practice DNRS while avoiding sound. It does help my mood for a while
