I know the feeling. I don't understand why most who have Nox are people without kids

I don't take anything, I tried Clomipramine but it worsened my tinnitus alot. I can be in pro, but only for short bursts, I get pain from it,but I wouldn't be able to stay away, he is my reason for living. Haha what loserpool? :p

I'd also advice, that when you can try and have silence without ear pro, so your ears can rest from both sound and the plugs. I'd also maybe stop digital audio for a while, atleast till you see abit of improvement. It really sucks I know, but alot of people improve over a 2 year period, I'm hopeful for you! Especially as a fellow parent!

How long have you had all this? Have you gotten better at all? @Zigs could just be your tensor muscle spazzing a lot to certain sounds and you getting sore aches after. Your anxiety can also be playing a role with that.

Hey Zigs did your reactive T improve? Mine just started after anxiety, basically a sound increases over fans.

Hi Zigs. I've seen a couple of your posts on others people's wall about driving with T.
I drive all over the country and out the country with T. I always wear earplugs when I drive. If I don't wear them, then my T spikes. But if I wear them, then I'm usually okay.
      Hope that helps :)

Thank you! Unfortunately I have been wearing ear plugs and also tried wearing muffs on top :( it seems to be the vibrations that set it off. I’m really worried about what to do as I have to drive to my new job but i don’t want to make T any worse than it already is
