@BrOKeN_1, I also hear it constantly in malls, on the street, in restaurants. The only time it partially decreases is when I'm in the shower, but most of the time, I hear it. I'm one of the most severe cases in the world. I have suicidal-level tinnitus.
@2049v Believe it or not you can habituate to even our level. Ideation is extremely common. I use a low dose Prozac to keep my mental health in check. Other then that you just deal with it one day at a time. I can pretty much do what I want now although I avoid venues I know will be loud.
