me too my tinnitus spiked for no reason i was protecting myself as well, i also have morse code beeps and distortions on top of severe t in my right ear which appeared 1 week ago. how are you doing?

@delta784 Doing a bit better I guess. I feel for you, that really sucks. I have morse code T, I've had it since the T first started, hope yours goes away. Also trying to protect myself but it's hard, no earplugs like my small ear canals. They pop out off my ears and Idk, I've also read it's bad for the ear canal, to have them improperly fitted. There's so much to worry about. It's exhausting.

@orenge01 is it possible to go back in time? if we go back in time 23 of september i can fix everything
