I am doing ok. I still get a bit freaked out when I put my earplugs in (gym, mowing the yard, plane rides, outdoor concerts...). The ringing is all I can hear almost, and it is depressing. Depressing to think this is my new normal now. Hard to "habituate" and/or forget your tinnitus when earplugs for protection just forces me to hear it/become aware of it even more!
