    That's the real issue isn't it. We don't realize we've tuned out at times until we stop trying to tune it out. Its exhausting to be sure.

    Yap.. My family members do not understand. My uncle had it for more than 20 years and he says it doesn't bother him. after days of self harming and hitting myself because of it and then telling about tinnitus to a family member, she says ''you don't really suffer from it'' something along those lines which is bullshit, they don't understand
