Long as you keep it down and the sessions short it can't do much harm and if it brings some joy back to your life that's got to be a positive.
I often find that tinnier speakers i.e. phones and laptops spike things up a bit so maybe invest in something a bit higher quality?

You should be fine with some decent studio monitors, kept low. Before I had to shove everything in storage and move I used Kali Audio LP-6's, but Yamaha HS series are what the major studios use. The Kali's are very smooth on the high-end, might be best for your T.

Struggle to keep sessions short though since it's my only escape lol.
