Hi Jade, I work in the same industry driving CAT 789s I recently got tinnitus while driving almost 3 months ago whilst wearing earplugs (dont think they were a good fit) would love to exchange some messages or if u could tell me how things are now? Id appreciate it alot. I know every case is diff but sounds pretty similar!

Hello, I really like your success story. How are you now? Has there been a decrease in T?

Read your success story and it's one of the few that made me feel better. I'm very appreciative. Do you happen to have an instagram people can follow you on? May sound strange, but I want to keep up with your positivity. Again, thank you Jade. For helping some of us get through the initial panic phase.

Glad that things are going so well for you!
If you haven't already done so, I hope you'll consider starting your own thread under "Success Stories." Many new people that really need hope to help them cope read them. You'll reach and help a lot more people there than just here on your profile page.

I can't explain how weird it is that I've managed to ignore it for so long and now am aware and stressed again. But it gives me hope because I've ignored it before.

So you didn't notice that it was unnormal until she said that? I've had bouts of depression over this in the past and then have managed to mostly ignore it for a long time, weird huh? What made me aware again was some medication.

When you say you've had it for as long as you remember, did you just ignore it then?

Probably excessive noise or wax, to be honest I've never been to a doctor as I've been too scared and know there's not much that can be done.
