@Equalizer in a sense yes. But you can either look at it in a way of suffering all the time or try to move on with life despite the conditions. Its quite common for many people to wallow in depression due to these problems. However many continue having a happy life despite T and H.
And those happy people are whom I am referring to. For they have found it in their heart and mind to get past the issue at hand and continue with their life.
@Red Preventing it from getting worse is most important at all costs. Just remember permanent spikes are much more rare than people bring them out to be. But temporary spikes can last for months.
