I went to the library and took out 5 books on amalgams and the dentists had strong arguements against amalgams. I would remove them. Detoxing is always good no matter if the T goes away or not. And diet has a lot to do with your T being low or high. I would look into that too. Good luck.

Some people like the liquid better and you put the drops on the tongue. I like the pellets since they are easier to carry in my bag in a smaller container.

Not into raw food but do eat healthy. And I suffer when I eat something that I shouldn't and it has MSG in it. Or a lot of salt and preservatives. Makes my ear go crazy. Takes 48 hours for it to calm down. But at least it does calm down.
