Hello I am freshly new as of right now, I get my tinnitus usually at high frequent sounds throughout the day, but when it is dumb down to like t.v. normal volume, it just spiked around like an hour ago, i have not done anything unusuall yet today. I wonder if there is some how to mute it though?
