Does a tinnitus-free day mean you woke up without tinnitus and went to sleep without it? And then the next day, your tinnitus returned to its ‘normal’ level?

I get it about once a week but recently, the volume of my fleeting tinnitus has done down, a lot, sometimes I can barely tell I'm having it. What could this mean? I've had tinnitus, the permanent kind for 18 months now. Before developing permanent, I don't recall ever getting fleeting.

I don't have that issue oddly. Just loud single tone tinnitus and extreme burning pain for me. My pain is fleeting at times but still annoying and becoming more easily triggered. I am considering the treatment you just got but will probably choose to go to StemCells21 first. Might just do both.

My T is a "fleeting T" that just never went away. I still haven't figured out why it decided to stay at that particular day, as I have had experiences of fleeting T my entire life. But I suppose it's some kind of gradual noise damage that caught up with me in the end.
