    Hi @RaZaH, do you have any hearing loss? does your T freq match your hearing loss Freq? btw, same as you, ACRN def helps while listening to it, sometimes i played ACRN to suppress sound during sleeping.

    I tested a few day, i found that no matter which frequency i set (4000, 6000, 8000), my tinnitus sound will be lowered when listening to the ACRN, once i stopped the ACRN audio, my tinnitus returned gradually (it only take 10 - 20 sec), does it mean i failed to match my tinnitus frequency? any idea?

    Hi Champ, I got the same experience as you, but i don't need to find the exact same frequency, for example, i have some hearing loss on 8KHZ (based on the audio hearing test, I can only hear 8KHZ frequency on 30DB (normal ppl should hear within 0-20), i set to 8KHZ, and listen ACRN, my tinnitus...
