I cant find a reason why stress induced tinnitus would not go away once the cause is managed.
I think mine fluctuates according to weather. Around 37 degrees today and yesterday and it's bothering me today for the first time in two months.
Eliminated things like hamburgers etc and added carrots, tomatoes and lettuce. Bit sleeping 8 hours is the most importante thing, more than diet

Mine is the same cause and is much better, the most improvements were between week 4 and 6 and 8 to now
Back, staying offline (of all tinnitus matters) for two weeks really helped me, I'm doing fine. Overall tinnitus is a bit better, still improving...
