Thanks, Solose. I'm seeing an ENT guy in a week. When they removed my tumour they did a transphenoidal op and I've had sinus issues ever since, so it could well be connected. We'll see. Meanwhile I'm assuming that tinnitus is my new life partner.

Thanks, James. What you say is very true. However, fifteen years ago I had similar symptoms (minus the tinnitus), was diagnosed with and treated for depression... When all the time I had a pituitary tumour. I'm normally a happy person, so I want to make sure there's no medical basis for this.
