BPC-157 acts on many receptors in the brain and my visual snow became worse as soon as I used it. I didn’t experience anything negative from TB-500.
I was able to do this around 18 months consistently - particularly the music at louder volumes. Distortion is not really there but my reactivity...
I have been taking Finasteride for like 7 months and it has had no impact on my tinnitus as far as I can tell, just FYI.
BPC-157 is really the only thing I would not do again if I had perfect knowledge. Like others have said, it seemed to permanently mess with my...
Came back to post this: INTELLIGENCE OFFICIALS SAY U.S. HAS RETRIEVED CRAFT OF NON-HUMAN ORIGIN
Ya it helps, still on it. Not a cure but still helps.
After waking up with that spike from one pill, I never took it again. The spike went away.
I tried this. I woke up in the night with a scary spike and never used it again.
If they took it during it makes sense because their case was more severe hence they were desperate for intervention - it doesn't mean the benzo...
How do you know the owner of Nootropics Depot has tinnitus? That’s super interesting.
My hair is thinning a bit and I want to make a call while it’s in good shape. I know many people say Finasteride was a catalyst for their tinnitus...
I rely on keppra/lamictal as anticonvulsants and pramipexole.
It seems to have lowered my reactivity and volume level a bit, actually. Not sure if it would have occurred on its own but I am incrementally...
No idea of the MoA to be honest.
+1 for dark reader
Hearing different sounds and having actually more and less volumes at different times of day is not habituation. Habituation is conditioning...
I am still on it from two years ago. Seems to change the characteristics of my tinnitus a bit and is also a good antidepressant. Worth a shot....
Good luck. It did nothing for me but I only did it for two weeks - no negative side effects as far as I can discern either. More data is always...
None helped unfortunately - I can’t recommend them.
Please let me know how that goes!
I was injecting subcutaneous. No pain hyperacusis, just tinnitus and weird nerve sensations in reaction to noise (throat tightness, cranial nerve...
FWIW, I tried Tinnitus Mix again 2 years after my whole saga began - my reactivity is a bit better so figured why not try, lol. I used high end...
Happy to provide information. My tinnitus started while taking a nootropic known to induce neuroplasticity, Lion’s Mane, while in a two week...
Sure, regarding tangible nerve sensations, certain sounds would literally make the inside of my ear feel like deep inside there was a...
Keppra helped my reactivity but didn’t eliminate it. I think reactivity might be nerve related but I could be wrong. A lot of my tinnitus used to...
Sorry I don’t know the dosages. I myself use 1 mg per day broken up into two doses (Pramipexole).
No, thankfully this went away!
No effect for me. Tried NR and NMN.
Not from an ENT.
Hey, try Mirtazapine for sleep. I’m two years in and it’s essential.
No, I dropped that. It didn't seem to have any effect for me.
I am on Keppra/Lamictal and Pramipexole now. I've regained a lot of agency (I can shower and drive for short bursts, and listen to tv/music...
I am more functional. For me, anticonvulsants (Keppra, Lamictal), and stimulants (daily caffeine) also help reduce the noise and help compel me to...
I always had it very slightly, but it became a real impediment after BPC-157. Other people have noted the same.
It made the noise smoother and a little quieter. It probably took 1-2 weeks for me to notice changes. I personally would look and am still trying...
No I was too housebound to try ketamine. A little scared it would interact with my visual snow and make it worse now as well :/
Was there any clarification on what this costs?
I started on 25 mg of this yesterday. Will probably titrate to 200 mg with my neurologist. Will report back.
Did you meet the pilot and he told this to you or was it relayed second hand?
Just wanted to clarify in the end this device did nothing permanent for me, better or worse since it seems the thread is still alive.
I tried 25 mg for about 10 days, which did nothing for me personally. Tried dropping to 12.5 mg but no change. I did not try LDN doses. I'm sure...
Basically did not shower for 2 years, only baths, stayed indoors 95% of the time. If I taper pramipexole or keppra symptoms go haywire.
Pramipexole, Keppra, and Caffeine are daily requirements. Still many terrible days but the highs are higher in terms of reduced symptoms.
*In general*, 21 months in, improvements in reactivity from showers and driving, and can focus on podcasts/TV more.
It functions like a light benzo for me - only temporary improvement by reducing intensity somewhat.
How do you know it won't just be like the sounds from the neural link alongside your tinnitus. You literally have no idea...
My reactivity is about the same at 16 months. It has had ups and downs but its not in a permanently better place. I have rarely left my house, so...
16 months in reactivity has not improved. Still housebound, life still sucks.
I agree, hopefully the Gallileo project out of Harvard will yield the first real results. They are helmed by the longest serving astronomy chair...
‘This is urgent’: Bipartisan proposal for UFO office pushes new boundaries
In dramatic shift, national intelligence director does not rule out 'extraterrestrial' origins for UFOs
It helps me sometimes too, no idea why (PILLS ONLY, not the drink).
+1 for spikes from Noctua fan - I have my PC outside my room for this reason. Some people here don't understand how sensitive some of us are...
It went away over 2-3 years by itself. It was caused by plates slamming down at the gym after a cable breaking.
I can't state anything definitively but I think it played a part now. Not really any better, just different sounds.
I have multiple noises that rotate, but predominantly hissing and ringing - I would say the pramipexole knocks it down from an 8-9/10 to a 6-8/10...
This is why I take Pramipexole - it's much worse without it.
I tried this with patches though it did not help me.
Thanks, all the other ones I took for the first 6 months.
It didn't help in the end :p
