My right ear tinnitus just spiked but not that much, will avoid using headphones for the time being.
Getting used to my tinnitus now, and working out more to build up my mental health.
I can confirm that drugs are the culprit for my tinnitus. I realized if I take specific drugs, it worsens it. So I will try to avoid it.
I realized that I am getting small temporary spikes more often now. probably because my hair cells are messed up? lol
This week was a very stressful week. I thought my tinnitus has gotten louder, but it is just my PC fans spinning lol. I am getting all crazy

I can confirm that the MRI did not cause a spike for me. I guess I am lucky. And the loud trains have no impact on my tinnitus.
Done an MRI today and it seems that I did not have any spikes! I consider this a win
