(2) @Ondine something called sciatic nerve flossing was one i was told to do by my physio, knee hug position, lumbar rotations and arm openers....
@Ondine at my worst i was on gabapentin co codamol and regular painkillers and it made no difference for me pain wise. Physio helped me immensely...
Try physio instead. I had crippling sciatica a few years ago where I couldn't stand up straight and electric shocks running across my lower back....
The sound i usually hear in my right ear when lying down sounded like it was coming from outside and above my ear last night, very strange.

I've never had so much head tension since my tinnitus worsening. It's like my head is being involuntarily squeezed.
It can be. When I can't seem to relax my mind and tune out the distortions is when I can't sleep or it's very broken.
Bad few days. Reactivity?? making all sorts of noises over my masking noises. High pitch hiss in head when sleeping. Flares up randomly :(
They are still there and im currently going through a spike so they are more noticeable atm. I do get a reprieve when my brain either forgets it...
