4 Years, But Who's Counting?

Aloha everyone.

It’s been a while since I’ve been in here, wanted to stop by to let those who just got tinnitus know that it does get better.

Life for me 4 years ago was not looking good, I was a mess, anxiety, no sleep, life was over, so I thought!

I’ve been there, we all have things in common, but what I want to say I choose to make it better. I’m living a normal life, still with tinnitus but I don’t let it rule my life! For those of you who feels like giving up, don’t, push through it, talk to someone here, I did and they helped me.

Very glad you come back here from time to time. I remember coming across your posts 2 years ago when I initially got T and it they were very helpful in reminding me to stay positive. Thank you!

 

Same have had it for some time and with an anxiety disorder it sometimes doesn't help but it's good to see I'm not alone on this... will help me calm down a lot more
