I had a major head trauma 1979. Cliff diving. I can't handle this anymore. I've recently told friends my secret, but they've all begun to think I'm losing it. Today, and the past week have been horrible. I've toughed it out long enough.

You must have so much to give to people like me, who is a relative newcomer in comparison to yourself.

- Sensorineural hearing loss right ear.
Tinnitus for 20 years and it started after an ear exam , the high pitch tones set off and never stopped. The tones ranges from soft to high... I decided that I will not allow this to ruin my life. A choice... To have courage or give in ... When I have had enough I put heat on my ears. This comforts me and helps. Face tapping is excellent as releases endorphins to calm and give a peaceful feeling. Will pray for all of us. We are in this together.
