8 months after severe acoustic trauma still have heavyness feeling in ear, severe tinnitus in (varies between 2-3 tones, more specifically its 1 high pitched tone, and 2 alternating unmaskable lower tones) left ear high pitched t in right ear. I can't pick apart everything posted in the huge "regrowing haircells" thread.
Simple Question:
If there is one supplement type thing that can be purchased online that you would recommend I take to help any chance of recovery what one would it be? EXCLUDING: zinc, b complex, magnesium oxidate, copper, ginkgo biloba.
In the hair cell thread I see some research showing something called neurotrophin 3 can help regenerate synapses in mice, but I can't find where to buy that online? Does anybody know about that? What about NAC?
and my crappy doctor at the time didn't prescribe prednisone, I suppose I'm well out of the timeframe for that?
thanks
