Almost a Month with Very Low Tinnitus, But for Some Reason Now It Is Blaring

For the past month it seemed like my T was so low that I had to listen for it. It was reactive to loud noise but I could handle it. But for some reason today it is blaring, it's a 11 out of 10. I don't understand. Is it because of the caffeine I had 12 hours before?

 

So hard to say. I do good for a few days then back to really bad days. Just got an hearing Aid which seemed to help at first but the hearing aids seems to not function properly. All the back and forth with the HA has set mine going in the wrong direction.

I've found that caffeine (at least from the yerba mate tea i drink) seems to help. It's seems to allow me to focus on other thoughts and keeping busy.

 

It's weird because the last spike I had was May 25th. That's exactly 3 months. So I'm hoping these spikes will keep fading away.
