Just wanted to say that it seems like I'm in another spike. This has been going on for at least a week and a half now. Not sure if the weather is playing into it or what. But I am in New England. Like everyone else, this just sucks

Sorry to hear that man, stress can bring on a spike, hopefully when you calm down (not sure what the added stress is and won't pry) the spike will ease off. Have you tried doing any excerise or walking? This can help to reduce stress.
This bastard wont let up lately. I dont know WTF it is. Seems like the sound is going into my head and my other ear. My neck is tight and I am super stressed over this. It almost is when I first got it and my brains reaction and how I am having a hard time coping with it. My wife said that I get this way all the time when the seasons change. I dont know but its hard to be positive, to the point where I have to have surgery in June and I told my wife that I am prepared if something happened. I even filled out a will the other day..
