Another Tone Developed

Last week a new almost siren like tone developed in my right ear.

I have had ringing in the left ear since 2011 and in the right since 2015 but this new one is unbearable.

I'm not sure how or why it started or what to do. I told my immediate family I want to leave and just walk away someplace I don't have to listen to it anymore.

I am very sad and very tired.

sorry to hear this man...only advice i have is to try and get at least 8 hours of rest. I got this crazy spike once in my left ear and at first i thought it was fleeting T but it stayed. I wasnt getting a lot of rest during that week so I made sure that night I did. Thing was crazy loud in my left ear. Luckily the next day it was gone. Praying things go back to normal for ya.
