My first question is regarding anti-inflammatories...has anybody tried a diet that consists in having as much of it as possible? Reason i ask is because many people including myself have gotten good results from taking the often prescribed predisone...it seems that by taking this the T and hyperacusis stop or get better.

My next question is regarding silence..when in a quiet room do you guys feel like your T strenghtens? I feel like once i stop masking the sound that i have, which is very light and has no ring at all, starts to build up towards a ringing sound..its almost like the brain cant process silence. Would love to hear all of your thoughts on this.

Medrol quiets my T to a low hiss. I can barely hear it in a quiet room. My T does get louder in silence but I can tune it out.
