I read about a medication that was used in study along side melatonin which I already take melatonin to sleep sometimes, I can ask the doctor about the other medication which I forgot the name of though?
I might get valium again.
I am also looking for part time work as the tinnitus has took such a hold on my life, over the past three years it has near enough trippled from the liveable volume it was, it sucks being in my early thirties and having to look for jobs which don't effect my tinnius or make it worse but to also not be able to face working full time any more and not being able to buy the things I want.
I have considered and thought of suicide on and off in the past year as I am basically just exsisting, not living any more and suffering. What a waste of over half of my life I was given.
