Anyone Had Ear Impressions for Custom Earplugs Done by 3D Scanning?

This is an option for the ACS custom plugs. Seems less invasive that injecting silicone.

Anyone had it done, can it make tinnitus worse (don't see how but worth asking)?

Is it as accurate as the silicone method?
