Yes I have many of those symptoms, and am pretty sure I have MAV (self-diagnosed). Or, at least, I am fairly confident some of my troubles are vascular in nature, which probably means migraine.
Take today for example; temporary lost 10% of my hearing out of the blue in my left ear, whooshing/ringing sound, nausea, dizziness, cotton feeling in ears, etc. I feel it is migraine because all of a sudden I get random throbbing sensations across my head, start feeling like pressure is building in my head too, start dissociating, and get tingling in my body. It doesn't follow the pattern of Meniere's, and I was not diagnosed with that to begin with.
This has happened countless times but it doesn't always manifest in the same way, and usually has a different trigger each time (except for this time when I have no idea what happened). But I do tend to get migraine like symptoms every time it happens, so that is what I think it must be.
Do you also temporary (or permanently) loose hearing when this happens, or get any vertigo?
