Just wondering. Everything that I found so far talks about treatments for T up to 8,000hz... Thanks.

Notched white noise or ACRN. Notched music doesn't work because music typically doesn't go above 8,000 hz. I have multi-frequency T between 10,ooo and 11,ooo and have been doing the ACRN for about 3 weeks and have noticed an improvement.

Try it and see if it helps (use Chrome when viewing this page):

ACRN is a good treatment for high frequency tinnitus. It makes mine go away while listening to it. Although, I have been habituating nicely lately and not really needed it (its there... I just don't perceive it)
