I have H. When I take an ativan I do not notice the H. But It must still be there. The H bothers me enough I keep everything turned off. Fan noise hurts. So how are people taking ativan or such pills and habituating with H. Is the H really gone? I just read these drugs can help retrain the brain. Or should I still be careful about the H I don't notice?
