ManagerThere was a commercial on Swedish television not too long ago. I think it was for a yoghurt from Finland! 
I don't remember the commercial, but the message in the commercial is what has stuck with me. It goes something like this.
The longest lasting relationship you can have is that to yourself. Love yourself!
