Benzos or... Lavender?

      I did. Didn’t really feel any different though, unfortunately. I’m trying hearing aids since three weeks back though, and since then my hyperacusis, tinnitus, and anxiety are way down!

      Try anything except Benzodiazepines.

      I love Lavender and use it a lot for my anxiety!
      Definitely notice clear effects on my anxiety from it.

      I occasionally use benzos as well, so I know how that feels too but the scent of Lavender is very effective on me.

      If I'm feeling very anxious I like drinking tea made on Lavender flowers. I also use Lavender oil that I like dripping on my pillow, and a plushie I have for hugging.

      Definitely recommend, a lovely flower.
