C-SPAN which is a Cable Network in the U.S. has a show called Washington Journal (you can google the schedule times) has a viewers call in. I suggest when the topic is about some kind of healthcare or another somewhat appropriate time or topic, to call in and speak about how tinnitus research needs more funding by the government.
