Yesterday I was sleeping but woke up from the loud noise of the TV. My mother wearing the headphones thought she was listening the music through them, but as they were disconnected this loud noise was actually coming out from the TV reaching my ears. I was sleeping ona bed in a distance of 6 metres from the TV and I am worried if any damage has occured.

She told she was not listening to the clip more than 5-10 min and doesn't remember if she turned the volume up the moment I woke up or earlier.

I am worried because I was sleeping and I am not sure for how long I was exposed to the sound. The good news is that the T is still very low, but I 've heard this could be just a temporary residual inhibition.
