Can Bass Make Tinnitus Worse?

I was a a concert just now, for 10 minutes maybe, with foam ear plugs. It did not feel loud at all with the earplugs. My T is not louder either, But I could feel the whole body vibrating from the bass.

If it doesnt sound loud at all, can the bass still make T worse?

Yes bass are very low frequencies and against those it's very hard to protect yourself even with ear plugs because of the bone conduction - so always be careful with too much bass. If it doesn't feel too much or too loud though and you are only staying for 10 minutes I don't think it's a problem..
