I've had hyperacusis for a while because for some reason after I hear a short ringing or when there was a louder sound 60 dB. It seems that my hearing is slowly getting worse for no reason which makes the hyperacusis increase.

Also listening to no loud sound through no headphones causes a short ringing and increases slightly the hyperacusis.

What should I do?

Hi @Susan98
Since you've noticed some hearing impairment it would be a good idea to get your hearing checked at ENT. You may need a hearing aid which can help the sensitivity that you are experiencing. It is important that you get your hearing checked, and possibly a referral to a Hearing therapist.
