Exposure to loud noises
So I am currently staying with a friend and he lives right next to an airport. They fly by all day. I'm staying in the back room, which isn't exactly a room but more like back porch. The walls are pretty much just glass and the glass isn't exactly the thickest.

Recently I noticed my ear pain has increased and I was wondering why? But then I came to the conclusion that it was probably because I'm right next to the airport. Even though I wear ear protection (Peltor X5A earmuffs) I can still feel the vibrations of the flying planes.

Could this potentially be causing a setback or am I just overreacting? I can ask my friend to move me to a room inside the house which has more insulation.

Hey man. I have the same issue. I think airplanes definitely made me worse. They fly right over all the time since it's season. I switched rooms because of it. Driving me nuts lol. They fly over all the time constantly waking me up. I only leave at night now because it got so ridiculous.

@Brian Newman, yeah man, I am currently in the living room lol. The planes don't sound as loud here. Hopefully I improve, regardless I'm moving out of here soon because I really think the planes aren't going to let me see any progress.

Yeah they definitely won't man. If only money grew on trees I would get a private island. Hahah I would be healed in a year.
