Can low doses of hydrocortisone cause or worsen tinnitus?

An integrative doctor prescribed bioidentical hydrocortisone in low doses (7.5 to 12.5 mg) to help with my fatigue due to low cortisol levels (for example, my afternoon saliva cortisol test was 20 and the standard lower boundary is 50). Maybe I would take it for like 3 months and then taper it. I am barely functional in the afternoon these days.

So, the use is not related to tinnitus, but I wonder if those doses can affect it somehow.

I would appreciate thoughts or experiences on this.
