Cause of Tinnitus
Decrease of Hearing i presume.
Hello
I have tinnitus for 1 month ( i was using headphones regularly , and after a concert, the day after, ringing)

This T changed a lot : some white noise, then a sort of "wave like" ( really hard to describe) high noise...
Now it seems stabilized. I hardly hear it during daytime, and i learn to sleep with music/water sounds.

I have a litlle ( very litlle ) hearing losss, no hyperacusis ( as far as i know, tried cinema once and it was difficult but it was at the beginnig so maybe it's gone if i had one)

I just wanted to know if it can improve if there is some hearing loss. I do sound therapy by myself ( no results now ) and i avoid loud noise ( ear plugsin loud situation, just in case.

Itwas really hard at the beginning, i want to stay positive! But if it can improve with time i wil be very happy!

Sorry if my english is bad. I'm french and i'm not used to use english!

It might go away after a while, you never know - but sounds to me like you're doing good :)
just protect your ears and try not to think about it, and since you've only had it for 1 month and it's better already - that's a good sign :)

everything is possible dear!! with T, you never know!!

I have no hearing loss and my T has been improving in the past 6 weeks after a very loud spike.

I would suggest you try to magnesium also!

It worsen a little.

I was having a bad day ( panic attack) and my family insisted to take me to a music festival with big ear plugs. It was ok, and they belevied it will be ok. But now, a day after, i think the pitch change. But i don't know if it's louder than before or id it's stress.

Hope this will go away.i will look for hearing aids with white noise generators.
